If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and like-new condition.

Return Process

  Pack Your Item

  Securely place the gimbal and all original accessories back into the original retail box and shipping carton.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
